Caveat: I took my Lillebaby out for a test today. It was our first use so this review isn’t long term.Context: we hiked uphill for approximately 90 minutes. It was 65 degrees outside.My son who is 6 weeks old fell asleep instantly (this was his first time in the Lillebaby and his first ‘hike’). He slept for the entire hike including the descent. The Lillebaby holds the baby tight to your chest and is secure without being overly tight. It has just the right amount of stretch/flex that baby can move *just* enough. The rear vent was great on the way up and let a bit of air in. I also found it very easy to adjust on the hike.The pack is extremely comfortable. As someone who has owned a lot of packs over the years I was amazingly surprised at how comfortable this pack is through the lumbar and shoulders. Our son is about 7kg’s and at no stage did the weight cause any discomfort.One area that took a bit of time was understanding the ‘set up’. That said, the Lillebaby YouTube site is amazingly helpful and very quick to solve questions.Overall a very well thought out and designed product. It makes me smile when we buy something that’s just a really good product that someone has put a lot of time and effort into perfecting.
